You're probably getting sick of hearing this but today was another perfect day. It doesn't matter what it looks like in the village lately, once you pass through the layer of fog, it's blue skies and sunshine every day. I was pretty quiet in the repair shop today so I decided to tech up a pair of skis and find out if I remembered how to ski from my grade twelve ski trip back in 1998. Turns out skiing is as easy as I had remembered it to be. I was linking parallel turns within the first 100 meters. I did two runs without stacking it once. So anyone who tells you that skiing is harder than snowboarding, kick them in the shins.
